It's been awhile seen I have blogged. Life got a little busy when my family kept growing. I now have three under 4 years. I wouldn't trade any of them for the world, even on days that I can't seem to catch a break.

When I first started my blog it was mainly to write about digital scrapbooking but I have moved on to other areas. I still love it but can't really do it like I had in the past. I have also learned to crochet and that has really taken over my life! Never thought it would.

I would like to keep my blog open but for all of my crafts. I think I might even learn something else who knows. Hope you stick around.

Word Art Freebie

Last month I made the LO below and everyone commented on the word art. Now you Sex and the City fans should know this line. Last year, a friend of mine let me barrow her DVD set of Sex and the City and I had a show marathon all by myself. I can't remember what episode it was but Charlotte had just had a miscarriage and her then husband had gotten her a gift before the miscarriage. It was delivered by mistake but it was a silver rattle engraved with the quote below (the word art). I loved it so much that I wrote it down because I knew someday I would have my daughter. (I had a miscarriage and my DH and I were trying at the time) Anyway, I had always wanted to scrapbook one day but the traditional way (paper) was just to expensive and I would need some space for the supplies. I hate clutter and I didn't want to mess with it. I heard about digital scrapbooking but I never looked into until seven months ago. Again I'm rambling. I knew that I wanted to use this quote someday for my future child. Well last February my daughter arrived. My DH and I had been dreaming of that day. And the quote just speaks volumes!

Here's the freebie!

Please don't share it with anyone send them here to download it themselves. Thanks!

Trip to Houston

Recently I went to Houston for a much need visit with my family. I had not been to H-town since my 7th month of being pregnant. I got to see my beloved kitty Nancy who I miss terribly. But because I live with my in-laws she had to be confined to my bedroom which I thought was unfair to do to her so I left her with my mother who let's run around the house and play outside. I got to visit with my mother and my sister and her daughters. Who by the way have changed SO much! They are so BEAUTIFUL! Plus my own beautiful daughter got to meet them and she finally met my sisters and her grandfather. She just turned 3 months yesterday so I'm sure she'll have to be reintroduced. My father had not been able to make the trip to see his newest granddaughter and he thought she was big for three months but I'm sure it's because he expected to see a newborn. LOL
